Join us for our first-ever statewide meeting! 

Who?  People of faith interested in fossil fuel divestment as a moral and spiritual response to climate change

When?  Wednesday, May 21, 12 noon to 2:30 pm (please bring a bag lunch)

Where?  Unitarian Universalist Community Church of Augusta, 69 Winthrop St.

What?  The goals of this meeting are to:

  1. Share faith-based fossil fuel divestment information and resources.
  2. Promote and support fossil fuel divestment efforts in local, regional and national religious bodies.
  3. Promote and support fossil fuel divestment among individual people of faith who may have fossil fuel stocks in their own portfolios.
