Take action to stand with Standing Rock!

#KeepItInTheGround #WaterIsLife

We're excited to see the grassroots development of actions across the state of Maine, the nation and the globe in solidarity with Standing Rock. 350 Maine supports these actions, and indigenous rights that are foundational to climate justice.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, Nov. 15, join an action in Bangor, Bethel, Ellsworth, Farmington, Norway, or Waterville (and Exeter and Concord, NH), including a #NoDAPL rally at the Army Corps of Engineers Field Office in Manchester, Maine. There will also be events in Portland and Damariscotta later in the week. Click here for a roundup of local #NoDAPL actions!

Though many of the events that have been developed in Maine have been created independently of 350 Maine, we want to assist in inviting people across the state to participate.

Please share stories, photos and media reports of events in your area—news of us all taking action together is empowering! You can send information to

And continue to call on President Obama to insist that the Army Corps of Engineers blocks further development of the Dakota Access Pipeline; see here.

Join us for NoDAPL events across the region on 11/15!
